i bought a box of TK. the ad said box of tk. it didn't say anything about pieces missing. when i received the box, it was missing the 4 swords used for champions. i sent a tell to the seller, his response was, i thought it was complete. i'll send you 4 in a padded envelope. well, it's been over 2 weeks. sept. 30th was the last time he contacted me. i've since sent him a pm and an email. i know he's received the pm, since it's now in my sent box.
it appears that he's not going to reply or send them.
is leaving a bad ref justified.
part of a bad ref states, i will not deal with this person again.

yes it was only 4 swords out of a box set but; 1 it was the only 4 champion swords and 2 it wasn't stated anything was missing in the ad.

his rating is only 12. i sent 1st because it was a sale, not a trade.

That's my recommendation. You got 99.9% of the item and to his knowledge it should've all been there.

I recommend a neutral. Let him see that it's important to check to make sure what exactly you are sending.

He didn't double check the contents (which I admit to being guilty of, myself, on occasion) and didn't actually make right (which I always do) on th trade.
Additionally, you are being ignored.

That deserves a neg, IMO, as IMPORTANT parts are missing.
