PM question

I was PMing back and forth with someone but the last few times I tried sending a PM, it gets sent to my "outbox" folder but not my "sent" folder. I am assuming this means they are not being sent.
Is it possible his mailbox is full or is something else afoot?

All PMs get sent to your OutBox until read. If the user's Inbox is full it will not matter. In this case, the user will recieve the PM and his oldest PM in his Inbox will be deleted to make room. Although all users' Inboxes can hold 250 PMs...

Gotcha, thanks. Was just concerned that I wasn't sending right and/or the other party was going to be wondering where my messages were.
