It bumped it once for some reason with an old edit. Now I'm afraid it will get shut down, when I'm in mid negotiation with members.

No worries. Your response was more than a week after your initial post. So, you're fine.
That said, if you want to go back and fix the first post, then delete the contents of the reply, I'll delete the reply for you.
Just post in this thread when it's done. One of us will remove the reply.
