Reference System

To any MOD or people that can help: Recently completed an amazing trade with a trader on this site. I left him a ref and I think he left me one. However, I never got a message saying that my ITL has changed. IS this a possible bug, or is it normal?

He did not.
Click the "0" next to your name. There's nothing.
You'd have gotten a PM letting you know you got a reference.
If he tried to leave you one, he probably didn't follow through with all the steps, so it wasn't retained.

I think I saw him make a post about it, thats not how you leave references, you use the tab above "post a reference"
