Old posts that need to be deleted.

Is there a proper way to delete my post or get a mod to delete it? I've just been changing the post name of my posts to traded or sold once there is nothing relevant left on it. Have I been doing this the proper way?

Yes.. that works
Our trade forums are set to auto delete old posts that are 3 weeks old. Anything older than that SHOULD just drop off the site.
If that is not true in your case, you might want to PM Plarz, the Admin on the technical side of the site.
