A misunderstanding was brought to light following a recently posted negative reference. I was hoping to get my recent reference for PhillyT changed to a neutral rating. The facts posted in the text are true but upon further communication I've come to the conclusion that his actions were less malicious than I previously thought. Any help that could be provided with this would be greatly appreciated.

A brief statement as to why you believe the reference should be removed (we can't CHANGE them, we can only remove them so that you can post a new one)
The entire PM string in CHRONOLOGICAL order

Once I have those, I'll make a decision.
