You have to upload pictures one at a time or use a third party photosharing website like IMGur, Photobucket, Dakka gallery, etc

Use that once you get a web address for your pic.

That only works if he uses pictures hosted through another website though.

Cool, well that works for Posts. Gave up after it didnt work for PM's

. When I try to PM multiple I get a little note in red that states Cannot add another attachment: 1 is the maximum. Is there a way to attach more than 1 picture to a pm?
Thanks for your help on the posts.

If you post them to Dakka or wherever, you can imbed them using the code I was using for as many as you want.

Interesting.
You should be able to post more than 1 picture in a PM. I did so just last night.
I am going to try sending you one now.

I use photobucket and just copy the image and paste the link to either the PM or post as needed.
Simple and FREE..

Correct me if im wrong but it seems embedding the image or linking can lead to dead end links down the road. Ie I go to check an image of items that someone was going to send to me to verify what I received was as shown only to find the pm now has dead ends as they removed the photo from the other location? Not that I would ever do that of course just want to pm my trade partners permanent images of what they are getting for posterity.

You are completely correct.
As for the pm you just sent me. Yeah I do not know what to say other than to pm Plarz and have him look into it. He's the Btown mechanic, perhaps there is something he can do for you. As you stated (and received from me) others can send you multiple pics.
I'd say pm any admin (red name) but not entirely sure if they can help. Never know though.

It's limited based on your profile. 3e, you and I can add more because we're staff.
I THINK BT+ members can, as well.
As for dead links, it's not a worry if you host on DakkaDakka. As long as it's gaming content, they'll never remove it. If you remove it yourself... well, then, the content didn't matter that much to you. : )

Photobucket hosts them until you reach your limit or of course, delete them.
