Reference count stopping?

I have been at 450 ref count for months now despite completing and receiving multiple deals. For a while I thought it was a fluke but just today I received pos feedback for a deal and still my count remain at 450?
Any help here?

Looks like your last feedback was given on 2/23. Have you received notification of feedback after that? If so, you might want to PM Plarz to see if he can see what's up.

i just got one today that pushed me over the threshold. looks like it worked itself out. thanks

May just be that people didn't really leave them for you. I keep track of them and bug them.
