Is a backout the worst thing possible?
If Tom and Eric come to a deal, if Eric is the first party required to ship, assume the following scenarios?
A. Within two-three days, Eric reconsiders...
B. Within a week, Eric's life situation changes requiring him to be elsewhere and unable to ship?
C. Would the situation change if it was Tom, rather than Eric?
D. If Eric agreed to pay Tom's fees for shipping and Tom's his items back because of a change in circumstances? Does Tom have a right or an obligation to insist on describing Eric as a deadbeat? Can Eic insist that Tom not do it?

1) Did you read all the rules? Take a look around the BTR section, you will see how things go.
2) Did they agree on a deal? Both of them?
If they did, its a back-out either way. It doesn't matter who did it.

You are never required to file back-out or bad trader. You can show some mercy, if you like.

moved thread from Back Out Reports and retitled it to make it a bit clearer..

And... Back Outs are NOT the worst thing ever.. lol.. Bad Trader threads are pretty dire.. but take a look around the Hall of Shame for serious lack-of-class..
