So somehow I excepted a pile of cards as partial payment from this guy. Knowing I know jack about them. Anyone got any ideas how I can quickly off load them for cash or trade?

Do you mean where on Bartertown, or where BESIDES Bartertown?
ON Bartertown, we have a CCG forum. List them there. Outside BTown... Well, I only ever visit DakkaDakka. If there is a Yugioh forum with specifically Yugioh trades I am unfamiliar with it.

There is, of course, always Feebay.

Take them to your LGS and left the players fight over them. Invest $5 in the latest issue of Scrye, so you don't get ripped off.

Also, see if your LGS will appraise, and sell the collection for you on consignment.

Anyone here on Bartertown actually buy or trade them, I am not a card player by any means, and now feel like I am stuck holding a golden goose egg looking for milk. But I guess it all could be trash. Its only a few hundred cards, not sure I am up for digging to far down this rabbit hole. Not going Feebay route either, my local LGS is not exactly a stand up character, but perhaps as a last resort. I guess I am going Scrye hunting and maybe offer them at 50% price here? Think they would sell? I would rather trade for something I play, or collect, but I don't think I am that lucky. Why doesn't some website go global with similar Scrye price listings of their own, couldn't the site survive on its banner advertisements from the number of posts/looks at pages, ya know click to see current price and get a new banner. lol or are cards just not that popular anymore, damn golden goose eggs.

You could do a Feebay "Completed Items" search to get an idea of what they sell for online.
