Shipping advice for Finland

Hello Bartertown!

I recently ran across a trade I'd like to make with one of our members located in Finland, I'm located in the US. While I've done quite a bit of International shipping, I was wondering if anyone had any advice particular to Finland? Customs, which carrier to use, any helpful advice to facilitate a great trade on both our parts would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Dez

Use USPS.
The non-USPS carriers will charge him customs (even if they would not be due, otherwise) and a "handling fee."

Also, be sure to get a shipping quote BEFORE finalizing the agreement. Small packages to Canada are costing in excess of $20 lately. I can only imagine what they would be for Finland.

Thanks MM, I've noticed that shipping Internationally has gotten super expensive. I've stopped shipping Internationally on my eBay account because of it.

I'll take a look at USPS, thanks again!
