It might be a good idea to sticky this, I have had this information as my signature for everyone to see that I trade with. However, lately people have neglected to read the information before mailing.
4 Quick things to remember when shipping to Canada
1. Always send "USPS" and NEVER "UPS". UPS charges third party shipping fees.
2. Always put "USED MINIATURES" in the item description.
3. Always check mark the box that says "GIFT".
4. This is the most important, NEVER put "VALUE OF CONTENTS" over $100.00. The U.S border will charge handling fees in excess of the value of the products inside to the individual receiving the items.

Your "Rule" number 3 definitely is and #4 potentially is a Bartertown rule violation.
Calling a trade shipment is gift is a violation of Federal law in the US. Do what you want on your own, but our official position is that you should not do it and may not publicly request it. Lying about the value of the contents violates Federal law here, as well. So, if your value *IS* over $100... See above.
I am only leaving these in the thread for illustration purposes. Please, remove them from your sig line.

Also, 4. is incorrect regardless.
