Is it true that if you send a paypal payment as a GIFT it cant be cancelled or refunded? No one can make a claim to receive their money back if they sent as a gift?

Thanks!

send money via PayPal 'gift' to your brother, to your cousin or to a friend. someone who YOU trust.

send money via PayPal for goods/services you select 'not-gift'. The not gift version charges a little fee for insurance. If the other person is dishonest and dosent provide the goods/services, you get your money back. While you may still trust the other party, it CYOA if something goes wrong.
