Is there a way to dispute negative feedback. The person never sent a message regarding the issues he had nor a chance to fix the issue. He also he would not respond to numerous messages prior to him posting the feedback.

PM an Admin. Provide proof, just as you'd expect to provide it for a BTR. Explain why you believe it was undeserved.
