I can't seem to figure out how and I haven't found instructions on how to leave feedback.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks,

also note that when leaving feedback there is a second, confirmation page that you will need to click "Yes" to complete the feedback process.

Also, fink.. can you update your User Control Panel to reflect your real-world location? Will help out the site and future trade partners too!

Also, whenever possible, ALWAYS USE YOUR TRADE PARTNER'S REAL NAME in addition to their User ID.

Thats actually the one feature I dont like about the ref system. Maybe it just me as I have a strong connection to my username and use it even in person to person conversation when at big events where people dont know me. But as long as there isnt an issue with the trader, why is there a need at all to use their real name ever?

Well, I know I'm not going to feel comfortable writing "Tordeck" as the top line of an address... :)

Well, there are plenty of reasons.
First off, not everyone uses the same User ID on all sites. So, while you're "Jeebus12345" on one site and "TradeGuy12345" on here, there's no correlation, even if that site has some way of tracking trades. On the other hand, if you're real Name is John Smith, and you can prove it, then you've got your BT references to fall back on.

Also... well, it's also been known to help track down bad seeds who think they can change their User ID and change their identity.

In my opinion, no honest trader should have a problem with their names being associated with their trade references. That is not to say that, if someone has a problem with it, that they must be dishonest... Just what I specifically stated: Honest traders SHOULDN'T have an issue (IMO).

@DZ - I've had a trader do that to me- give me his User ID as the name to ship to. I just told him I would only ship to a real name. He had no issue with it, and gave me his real name. He was just young, and thought it would be "neat." LOL

I was talking about the ref system. Not exchanging addresses. And in reality the top line of an address is the least important. As long as the rest if correct it will get to where you were sending it.

@MM, I find it a matter of privacy. To me we have usernames for a reason, to just hand out who that is publicly seems a breach to me. Me giving out my name to the person I am trading with is one thing. Having it being able to be seen by every Tom, Dick, and Harry is another.

I kind of see this both ways, as I like to see a consistent name on the references, but also understand the desire to not have my real name plastered all over the internet. Personally, I just put the first name of the person that I trade with into my references, since I feel this somewhat satisfies both sides of that coin. It helps track people if something goes wrong and creates that trail while also not delving too deeply into privacy.

I'll happily grant that the top line of the address is the least important, but I try not to do things that will get me looked at weird. :)

A selection of usernames that I have traded Magic cards to through another site...

MadB0mber
MagicHacker
TappingA$$

Those would all be a little weird to write on a package. :)

I assure you that getting parcels to Porkuslime has caused my spouse a fair amount of embarassment. Although I have gotten a very nice sharpie drawing of my avatar on one box...

Very few people on this site -I only know of one- have real names that are so original that, if you Googled them, they're the only person who would come up.
My name's not all that common, but a Google search for Eric Wessels pulled up a whole lot of people that definitely aren't me.
I even tried an image search:
https://www.google.com/search?q=Eric+We ... 24&bih=567
Wanna see if you can find me there? Hint: I searched the first 10 pages. I'm not on any.

Search your own name on Google. I'd bet you find plenty of people who aren't you. The reference system here, which does not "hit" on Web searches, would just be one entry in a crowd of them if it pulled up. With no other personally identifiable information about you, it could not be conclusively linked to you. Also, if you're trading and acting in an honorable manner, anything found on you there would be only positive. Heck, I'd LOVE it if a prospective employer found my BTown references in a search for my name.

A BTR or HoS thread, though? Yeah. Those would be found. They're searchable.

With some searching I can be found on Google, not quite as much searching as I would like it to take, it's actually easier than I would like how common my name is. Of course, part of the issue is I edited and/or wrote for several major gaming websites, and maintained a very popular blog on two websites for several years.

Part of me wants to wipe that stuff out and make myself harder to find, but I also know that employers have found those things and looked favorably upon them, I even had a job interview where I was asked a question that meant they had to have read my blog. It was mildly creepy, but kind of cool too. :)
