What to do about a shady trader?

First the back story:
I saw a post of someone with large armies for sale that said he would consider selling moderate sized chunks so I made an offer to buy about $65 worth. He said he was working on a deal for full army trades so I thanked him for his time. A week later he reposted so I again asked him if he was interested in selling that moderate sized lot and got no response. The third week he posted I again contacted him and began a negotiation to buy a few models for $75 shipped. I was very clear about what I was offering for each model, what I was willing to pay for shipping, and kept up communication on my end. As soon as we were about to finalize the deal he cut off communication. I tried to get a response from him with no luck.
Not communicating isn't a big offense by itself, but the way he acted made it seem like he was not interested in a fair deal and he certainly was not respectful of me. We didn't finalize the trade so I can't post a back-out but I got a very bad vibe from the whole ordeal and wanted to do something to raise a bit of a warning about the situation. He has one bad and one neutral feedback already (wasn't a problem since I have almost 4x his feedback and he would have shipped before I paid) and I just get the feeling he's trying to scam someone and disappear. Right now I'm only going on a hunch so I won't post the traders' name but I was wondering if anyone could help me find the right course of action to voice my suspicion without jumping to conclusions or making unfounded accusations.
