I am working on a set of miniwargaming rules, and need playtesters. Where is an appropriate place to post a request for them, or do I need to be an advertiser?

You shouldn't need to be an advertiser... yet. If you get publishing, well, we would want to talk to you about it then.. lol

As for where.. down in the discussion boards for the genre you are working towards?
