Need to change my password.

Post by stnyhan »

Hey all,

For some reason, the password I've had for the last few years no longer works. I clicked the "forgot my password" link to get a new one. Now I need to changed it from the random numbers and letters I was sent to something I can remember, but I have, as yet, been unable to figure out how to do that. There does not appear to be a link to change your password from the user control panel.

In a word: HELP!

I'd be grateful for any information.

Thanks,

Sean

go to "User Control Panel" then click the "Profile" tab ... you should be able to do it there

I have also had this problem a few times....

Go to your control panel, then click on the profile tab, then the edit account settings tab, then just copy paste all those random numbers in the current password box and type your new password! And you should be set!
