Service for Service?

I would like to advertise for a tattoo artist to work for work from me. Where do I do this at on here?
There is no place to do that.
If you're looking to trade services of your own, then you qualify as a business (by our definition) and you'd need to be a paying advertiser in order to advertise your services (regardless what you're receiving in return; cash, models, tattoos, etc).
