no email trade issue

So I have a current trade with a high ref guy. So I am doubtful he is trying to take from me. My dilemma, he hasn't been on since email issue, so he hasn't seen my pms. I sent him stuff and he eventually verified it was received. He stated he would mail my stuff but never sent me a pm since. I take it he has forgotten, since his references show this is not uncommon.
Long story short we never exchanged any other contact info other then mailing address. Is it possible an admin can share his email with me or email him about our trade? Or is there some other solution. I found his Twitter and it is active, but I don't tweet and would not think it polite to use Twitter to reach him. It has been 11 days since he said it would be shipped.
