Hi all,

I'm not receiving emails when someone sends me a PM. I've got my account preference set to receive an email on PM, and my spam folder has no emails from Bartertown. Easy to check when using Gmail.

I've noticed I have the same issue. I don't see any errors from the e-mail bot, nor do I have anything in my spam folders. I'm guessing when I was adding a BT+ feature, I nicked an artery, and stopped the e-mail notifications.

Anyone else?

If some people are getting e-mail, and others aren't, that info will help me diagnose the issue.

There's a recent thread in here somewhere. Quite a number of people were making the same claims.

Plarz, I've had this problem for a while and you told me it was my isp, bellsouth, that uses yahoo.
You tried various things and said that yahoo/bellsouth bounces it as spam.

I've responded that I beolng to another site that uses the same software and I don't have this problem.

You said I should ask them how to fix this problem.
Since I have no clue about programming, what to ask and how to fix it; I haven't.

My problem started a couple monthes ago when there was another 'fix'.

Maybe someone with some program skills can contact them.

No emails on PMs for me, either.

The problem is I have gmail, and gmail's never had a problem before.

The fact that several people are having issues tells me it must be due to an ISP (Cox, Comcast, etc) or something's broken inside Bartertown.

Investigation is underway. More info forthcoming when I have it.

I have it set to go to my Yahoo mail..

I have Yahoo mail, and I am not recieving notifications. New problem that just showed this week - I was getting them prior.
