Hello there,

I know I'm a new trader but I am unable the check references. I go to check refs and I tells me I need to log in to do so. So I log in. And I see I'm logged in up in the corner. But when I go to check refs page I see that I am logged out. Am I just not getting this or is there a technical problem? Oh and I'm doing all this with my phone if it matters. Thank you for your time.

The Ref system is a custom add on, and it may not be working correctly with your phone. I just checked refs on my PC and it works fine.

Try using a computer, and see if it still happens.

My iPhone isn't having any problems. I just checked.

I tried checking refs on my computer and it worked fine. I was having problems when I was using my iPhone is there anything I can do to get it to work on my phone? Are there setting I can change or something? Thanks for you help.

I'm using an iPhone 4 and not having any issues even though I haven't changed any settings. Do you keep your phone properly updated? You could try updating your phone if it needs it. Other than that I have no idea why my phone works and yours doesn't.
