Is Vassal / Warmachine module allowed to be discussed here?

I was wondering if this program was allowed to be discussed since it is not an official Privateer Press production.

I was hoping an experienced Vassal user could walk me through a game or two of Warmachine with the program. I sort of understand some of the stuff but it's a little more difficult than simply playing the tabletop game.

If third party programs aren't allowed to be discussed, mods please delete the post and send me a message.

If I get a yes answer I will provide more details on what Vassal is for those who are interested in playing with it -- it's a pretty neat program.

I don't see any issue with discussing it... but not in this forum.
Put it in the appropriate discussion forum, instead.
