Strange post with "*Report this post*" in it. What do I do?

In my inbox I have a message from SMreferee with the title, "* Report this post * Reply with quote H:SM, BA, Eld"

I don't really know what this means. Is this a scammer? Does bartertown automatically detect when a scammer's IP address is being used and put this text in the title? Who do I report this to?

I am very confused due to the lack of actual information given to me, so I was hoping someone here could tell me what this means and what I should do.

He probably did a copy/paste of a thread title (one of yours?) and pasted it as the subject line.
By the looks of it, it's possible he quoted a PM or post and tried to copy the whole thing into the subject line by mistake. I've seen that before, too.

There's nothing to panic about.
