Help: trying to reach AngelXD19

Does anybody know AngelXD19 (I know his real name, but wasn't sure if it was appropriate to post it)? If so, will you please let him know I'm trying to reach him about our deal?

We did a deal several weeks ago (almost a month) where I bought a bunch of minis from him, but when they arrived there were 37 missing. My last communication from him was on 3/19:

ok i was wondering where the extra goblins i had went to. sorry about that.i guess i forgot to put them in or something. i will ship out the last of the goblins to you right away. so on monday afternoon or tuesday morning. once again sorry

I sent him three PMs to follow up, but they are all still in my outbox. He last logged on 3/22, before I sent the PMs. I would figure that he gets an email that he has a PM (I do), but I guess you can turn off that notification. I also just sent him an email.

I understand that things come up, but I feel like I've been patient enough. I also don't know if something came up or he's dodging me. A little communication goes a long way.

Is it time to assume that I got shorted and leave a negative ref and/or BTR? If so, it'll be my first; so, I want to make sure that it's appropriate. I take that very seriously and don't want to go that route if I don't have to. I would like to give him one more chance to make it right, but I can't get a hold of him. Any help getting me in touch with him would be greatly appreciated.

I think your next step is to send him a PM and an email saying that if you dont hear back from him within 24 hours - 48 hours that you will have to post a BTR against him.

Just remember when posting the BTR that you need to include ALL PMs, that's the first thing the Mods will get on you about. Also a little summary at the top of the BTR makes it easy to follow.

It's not that we "get on you". It's that we want a complete and fair account of events. That's best for everyone.

I read the posting rules before asking for help and wanted to make sure that this was an appropriate time for a BTR. It seems like it is, but I also wanted to give AngelXD19 one more chance to make it right, but I can't reach him.

@Bosse, I'm going to take your suggestion and send him one more PM and email tomorrow (that will be a month since his last communication) and give him a few days to respond.

The forum rules section states multiple times to ask first if you aren't sure (see rules #0 and 1a); so, I asked first. Thanx for the assistance!

Bartertowners rock, well, most of them Hopefully, I'll be able to get a hold of him and get this resolved without a BTR. I'll post an update here if I hear back from him or take the BTR route.

I suggest you go ahead and post the BTR now. Especially, considering the PM I sent you. It can always be closed later, if he gets in touch with you.
