Did he read your PM's? Did they disappear out of your outbox? Because if they haven't, then he hasn't even read them.
And Sat, IMO, is still pretty early. People do get busy.
This, I don't believe is the appropriate forum to post this, hopefully the Mods can move it and/or help you out.

As Ted said -- if you look in your Outbox and the PM is still there, it means it hasn't been read yet. This is a great tool for tracking communication.
From the looks of it, this is likely one of your first trades? I know it can be a bit nerve-wracking when you're already committed (stuff in the mail) and you haven't heard from your trade partner yet, but I'd give it until at least tomorrow before growing overly concerned. It looks like he's yet to have signed in. Did you get an e-mail address from him? Did you ship with Delivery Confirmation? To the first point, try e-mailing him tomorrow if he still hasn't logged in. To the second, if you didn't I recommend always shipping with Delivery Confirmation in the future. If the worst should happen, you can easily prove you met your end of the bargain.
