Good day,
On the right hand side of the screen there is a column entitled 'mark' you can go through and mark (place a check by) all the PM's you want to delete and then hit the delete option at the bottom.
Works the same if you want to move them around.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
