Imperial Armour Volume 8

does anyone out there have a copy of Imperial Armour Volume 8. i have a question about ORK 'CHINORK' WARCOPTA . i'm thinking of makeing one and ordering the book. but before i go through all that trouble.(theres no game shop in town that i could sneak a peak at) does the ORK 'CHINORK' WARCOPTA seem like a good buy for the point cost. im wanting to go with a true speed freak list and thought he might work well in my list.
