Question on selling Army lots

Hello fellow Btowners,
Recently I posted an Empire army at 50% off and though it would move pretty quickly. However I have not recieved any PMs with the exception of one to break up the lot which is something I am not interested in doing yet. Now with the release of WFB 8th edition and what I think will be a popular army in 8th I thought this would go quick. However I fear I may have hit a Btown "dead zone" in price. The retail value for the stuff I am looking to sell is $697, I am looking for $348(50% off) plus shipping which I believe to be a great deal because I am including ALL bits. But as I have said I have not had much luck. After thinking about it I was going to do one of two things. First I could up the "Wants" to hopefully knock the price down to a more affordable level or Second, break the lot in two and price at 40%. What do you guys think? I am open to any suggestions and thank you in advance!

Units sell better than armies. Always has and always will be that way.
Your audience, right now, is someone who's picking up the army for the first time. If you separate it into lots, you're increasing your audience, therefore increasing your hits.

If you're concerned that some more common or less popular units won't sell, package them in with more popular stuff.
If everyone likes A, B & C but relatively few people like X, Y & Z, then combine them into 3 lots (AX, BY, & CZ) with appropriate prices.

Simply dividing the army in half won't get you a lot more interest. At that point, your market is still people who need a LOT fo stuff, rather than a little.

Hope that helps.
