AWI 25mm Lt Inf Wanted

I acquired these samples of small 25mm (23mm?) AWI Lt. Infantry Command officer and bugler a few years ago, but I lost track of what manufacturer they are. Can anyone identify them, please?

I would guess MiniFigs, although not 100% certain.
