Let's remember not to TAKE or MAKE things personal, folks.

Lower rating? You ship first.
Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life and pass it on to other folk.
I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Re: How do you ship it?
OK, non-personally, to clarify, I was talking to Stan / Rich rather than kutrock (who actually knows what he's talking about).
And since someone questioned my credentials, I've done plenty enough trades / purchases / sales on a variety of fora. I happen to work in a company that has a shipping / logistics department. To imagine that I don't know what works just because I didn't register on Btown for a few years is kind of strange.
Padded envelopes do not protect as well as boxes. That is a fact.
Having a hard shell of cardboard distributes loads and impacts around the contents, rather than directly into them. That's why most stuff of actual value gets mailed on boxes, rather than envelopes. That's why professional cases go the next step and use aluminum / tough plastic / plywood exteriors.
And while things can get damaged in boxes, *obviously*, a padded envelope would have done a better job. Yeah, that makes sense...

You are right John. Pencil in the Eleventh Commandment.

Lower rating? I ask that you ship first. Also, if I offer a stupidly good deal and you try to negotiate even lower...don't call it bad communication that you didn't get a reply. I deleted the message.
