BCI... if I wasn't so tired of the fact that you always come across to me as contrary to everything I have to post in these forums, I'd reply to your post in detail.

As it is, I'll just let you know that this is the last reply you'll see directly to any of your comments or questions.

You annoy me, I don't like you and I'm not wasting my time on you anymore. I tried finding a middle ground. It didn't work. It seems to me that some people just like being a dissenting voice as often as possible, especially to certain individuals. I don't have the patience or desire to deal with those people any more. I have better things to do.

With reference to the bolded section: you threaten BCI stating they will never see a direct reply to any questions or comments from you again. Yet each of your posts in this thread are directly addressing comments BCI has left. With the world being so unforgiving, your credibility suffers as a result. Stop ignoring Bartertown rule #6 and please, show us the weapons of mass destruction.

Never before have I written a letter of complaint against another forum member, but honestly - how much longer do we have to suffer MagickalMemories and his self-proclaimed 'modding' of the Bad Trader Forums?

I don't need to tell you that the rules clearly state that all complaints are to be PM'd to you (or an appropriate mod) and in no way should you post on the offending thread. And yet this guy constantly scoffs multiple rules (pm's only, no hijacking, be polite, etc.) in order to fill some hole in his life via forum trolling.

Yes, most Bad Trader reports need to be mod'd, but your responses are 99% calm, rational and quiet helpful - a stark contrast to Magickal's grating, snide and downright abusive attitude.

It infuriates me to have to scroll through these daily tantrums as it appears there's a double-standard: how much longer until he's banned?

In all fairness, MagickalMemories is not a bad person. They seem to have forgotten the line however as I believe they are a member of the so-called "Bartertown watch."

Now were I the type to waste my energy I would laugh at something of that nature, as it brings back memories of "Nightwatch" from babylon 5. A group of people being given privilege's beyond the norm to "keep an eye out." This isn't to say the "watch" doesn't have a purpose or do some good...

I just haven't seen anything noteworthy.

However, you are not the only person to notice Eric's erratic behavior in recent times, and I myself used this last opportunity too determine whether or not calling Trademaster Adam would be a necessary step in dealing with current range of issues.

Dear Sir.

It's a new year, I'll be brief and gentle. If I were to be banned over something that was and is neither a willful intent to violate rules or a secret, that would be tantamount to you becoming a moderator. Hillarious, frightening, and the end of the "golden age" of Bartertown. I posted under my other account for two reasons. 1: to get your attention. Lo and behold success. 2: to use you to get the administrations attention, almost certainly a success, as they haven't been forthcoming in replying to any of my requests regarding the consolidation of both accounts and ITL's. The four items which predate the current "multiple account rule" and have always been public knowledge. If Rhaalidor remembers, why don't you?

As for the P.S., I don't support any BCI views written in this thread as I-Ching 2.0. Subsequently I'm still not seeing your weapons of mass destruction. Not like it matters, I probably won't remember this thread by this afternoon, let alone your name which I forgot while writing this response.

As for "Goodbye!"? Save that until you're banned for people who will remember you. I'm probably not going to be one of them.

Right, I've had enough of this errant display of wankery.

First, I'll let everyone here in on a little secret. Adam refers all board issues to me. He owns the site and does the programming, which includes handling requests for ITL fixes and account consolidations that I forward onto him. Everything else is my purview. So really, don't waste Adam's time or invade his privacy because you're just going to get sent back to me.

Second, the Bartertown Watch is more for *your* benefit than mine, since they often see posts that are in violation before I do. Same goes for the moderators (when they're in a good mood). So hey, if you want to insult them and call them worthless...well...that's another violation of rule #6 for you, BCI-Ching. Oh, and MM isn't a member of the Watch.

See, I don't have any trouble with people disagreeing, or even arguing, as long as they do so politely and in a constructive fashion. To jump on someone's back and try to ride them all over the board just because you don't like them? Not appropriate, highly juvenile, and frankly disappointing behavior from someone who (as I recall) is in the Reserves or the National Guard.

Now, so that the inevitable accusations of favoritism...ah, who am I kidding. They're gonna get slung anyway.

I've received a couple complaints, including one from a member of the moderator staff regarding some persistent threadjacking. I was going to deliver the formal warning privately, but it appears I've been overtaken by events. Ergo, here it is publicly. Stop with the threadjacking and stand down on the arguing with BCI/Ching.

I am locking this thread too, since it seems neither of you can say anything nice to each other. I will be looking for that PM you sent to Adam to be in my box within the next 48 hours, BCI/Ching, otherwise I'll make my decision with the information I have on-hand that you violated the multiple user account rule, the ITL self-feedback rule, and the Being Polite rule for which you've already been warned.
Doing the math, that all adds up to a site ban + ITL Mod-nuke. So, make your justification a good one per the rules for appeal.

As a further precaution against threads going horribly wrong as this one did, I am limiting you both to relevant replies to ads only until I get this sorted out. That means no posting in any discussion type forum whatsoever under penalty of an immediate one-month suspension.
