Off Bartertown, anyone know where to get OLD citadel minis?
There's a model I've been hunting for for ages and I've never seen one available anywhere. I've heard people say there's some second hand dealers in the UK that can get old stuff, but I do not know of these places. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It's like a 20 year old citadel high elf dragon with rider and he's a pain in the butt for me to locate.

I'd suggest checking out the Stuff of Legends website.

See if you can locate the miniature you're looking for. Then you could either repost here on Btown with a pic of the model you're looking for; or, at least you'll know the correct name of the figure so you can search ebay.
Good Luck

Unfortunately, minis from that time tend to suffer from "lead rot"

He might mean this one:

It's tough to find stuff that old, even on Ebay. You can post ads here (pics help!!) and you might be suprised what you find. The prices for models that old and rare tend te be faily high just so you know. Good luck!!

The believer is happy, the doubter is wise.
I suggest:
1) search e-bay for oop citadel (marauder too) stuff. From there, you can contact the sellers to see if they could provide you the mini you want.
2) post an ad here on Bartertown. You'd be surprised what you can fnd.
Be prepared to pay top money for hard to find items as well as shipping costs from the UK which can be quite high.
Good luck finding your dragon.

That is the one. It's not as incredibly old as some of the others, but it's still old. And I think it may have had a short production run.MEDEVL wrote:He might mean this one:

Anyways, I'll start scouring UK ebay. I've found a couple of old citadel/marauder dragons on there, but unfortunately not the one I want.
Thanks for the help
You might want to try shooting an email to the UK GW they might have one if you provide the product number.
Here are some of the much older ones they still sell.

Just so you know, that is not a Citadel Miniature. It is a Marauder Miniature. So when you do a search on eBay try typing in Marauder Dragon on some such.
