Paypal... Does it REALLY protect you?

Post by Anglacon »

I am just wondering. i had an e-bay auction go south fast, and I used paypal to pay for it. I bought 4 tanks from a very very "reputable" and well liked dealer, and I was sent only one! :-x

I bought four, paid for four, got one.
I went ahead and filed a paypal claim, but from what I am reading, I don't put too much stock in me getting my money back. Did anyone else have a dispute through paypal that actually paid you back what was owed, or all they all sob stories, as mine is likley to be....

I am a vindictive soul though, so if paypal sticks me, I will go in person to collect....
I will just need an address... :)
