I don't know it this is where I'm suppose to post this, if not I'm sorry and hope I don't get my account suspended. Back on May 7th I agreed to a trade with godchyld76 for some Hordes/Warmachine models, I also bought some from him. Since he had a higher rating I sent my items first. About a week later I got my package from him. Many of the Skorne units were missing pieces and the Harrower that was suppose to get wasn't even included. So I sent him a message saying that the package was missing these items. On May 15th he wrote me that he would send them out the next day. I never got them. Then again on May 21st, May 30th, and June 8th he said he would send them out, but I've yet to receive them. What can/should I do? He has not let me any feedback even though my items made it to him over a month ago. Is leaving a negitive feedback the only thing I can do? And if so should I do that yet? Thanks for any help you can give in advance.

1. Send him a PM letting him know you're tired of waiting and will be posting a BTR.
2. Post a BTR in the Bad Trader Forum. READ THE RULES AND FOLLOW THEM. Include all correspondence, take a few pics of the models, etc.
3. If you hear from him and he promises to send the items, let him know you'll leave the BTR up until you get the models. MAKE SURE HE USES DELIVERY CONFIRMATION WITH HIS SHIPMENT.
4. If you hear from him and he says anything to the effect of "tough horse-hockey", leave a negative ref.
5. If he retaliates by leaving a negative ref, contact Linrandir via PM and let him know that he left retaliatory feedback
6. GOOD LUCK!

Regarding Godchyld
I am currently involved in a trade with Mike (Godchyld) and have sent my money. I can say that he has told me he experienced a theft, and that may be the reason for the delays. I also know, and have the PMs if I have to post them, that some of the figures (the skorne hvy infantry I bought from him) were missing or had broken arms. He said he was friends with CortexSmuggler, and would just get new ones from him. MAybe PM and he can get the new ones you need as well.

Unfortunately I have also been waiting for 49 days to receive missing parts from Godchyld. I have given him until this weekend to receive his package before I start a new bad trader thread.
With that in mind, he has always communicated very well with me, and answered all of my PMs, hence my patience with him.

Well, I just read the BTR posted and saw that the person had also made a deal for the same Cetratii I did! That makes me concerned.
