I still have a bad ratibng that was supposed to be removed a few weeks ago. Is there any way I can get it removed?

Problem is only one person can take care of feedback and that person is out of town for an indeterminate amount of time.

So I have to sit with a bad mark on my Refs. At least the description shows that it was a mistake. I guess I will be OK.

Just leave yourself 5 good refs to even it out. That should be fine...

(I am of course just kidding so don't anybody blow a gasket over this!!)

A decent Trader would at least scan Refs before dealing. A bad Ref would get a close reading for circumstance (ie unreported retaliatory or as in this case, a mistake). It shouldn't crimp your trading.
