how soon should i wait

Me and another member decided to make a trade. some khador force for an ork army. well everything seemed well except I was missing some bitz to complete some models. No problem so I contact the trader and says he'll ship out asap. I forgot to put some khador stuff in the package, so I mailed it out two weeks ago. I have not received any bitz. I tried contacting the trader via bartertown and his email address. No response. How much longer should I have to wait?

Did you send everything that you agreed to send?

Did you use delivery confirmation? If so, did it arrive at the address you sent it to?

I would continue to try to contact the trader via E-mail, PM and any other ways you have of contacting them.

If the agreement was for you to ship first, he's well within his rights to wait for the entire trade to get there before shipping. I'd give him 2 weeks from the day it was delivered before I went any further.

The key question is what you agreed upon. Who agreed to ship first? How did you agree to resolve the missing bitz? Did you remember to use Delivery Confirmation?

If you shipped first, I would send the following reminders:
- upon shipping (with DC#),
- upon arrival,
- 3 day after arrival,
- 1 week after arrival,
- 2 weeks after arrival.

I would request confirmation of receipt and confirmation of sending return shipment (DC#).

I wouldn't ship anything money or larger than an envelope without using DC.
