I am looking to see if there is a market for 5th edition Lizard men army.
I do not know if asking thins question in the WHFB trade section is acceptable seeing as how I have not made up my mind to sell/trade them, and what I would want for them. Is it ok to test the waters one that forum?

You really should post this to the trading section.
You're more likely to annoy people in here than to get interest, to be honest.
Your best bet is to post an ad asking for "offers" and accept one if you like what you hear.
If nobody offeres anything, or anything cose to your desires, then "No harm, no foul."
