Report Post Location?

I seem to recall that there used to be a place to report posts that were in violation of the rules, but I cannot find it.

The last couple that I have seen I just PMed to Lin, but I thought I would check and see if there was a more proper channel to go through.
The production of useful work is limited by the laws of thermodynamics, but the production of useless work seems unlimited.
