cannot post new trade thread

when i attempt to post a new thread in the 40k section i get the following response

my last post was neither 612 hours ago nor was it less than 7 days ago. it was exactly 7 days to the hour (ie 168 hours and some minutes)

why am i getting this message?

Well because the board doesn't recognize that it's been more then 7 days. try again in a little while.

Ignore the time it lists. The software has a hiccup in it.
To post a new message, you must wait MORE THAN 7 days to post (so, 7 days and one minute would do it)

This ad, for example:

It was posted on 11/28 at 1:03 pm (my time). So, to post your next one, you'd have to wait until 1:04 PM on 12/5.

i realized after the fact that it said pm on my end (oops) my mistake, im used to a 24hr clock.
