PMs not working?

Hello, new here. When I post a PM, it sits in my Outbox and doesn't go into the Sent mail box. Is this standard or should I see it in the Sent mail box to confirm that it actually went out? I am logged in and can't see why I can't send PMs. Do I need to do something to get this setup differently?

The Outbox is where PMs sit when they've been sent, but not opened and read by the recipient. When the person you sent the PM to opens and reads it, the PM moves from the Outbox to the Sent box.

Hello and welcome! When you create a PM, it does sit in your outbox until the recipient opens it. Once they do so, it goes to your Sent box. Hope that clears it up for you!!!
