Old Armorcast Khorne Cannon...value?
I have the chance to get my hands on an old Armorcast Khorne Cannon (painted in red/gold). Personally, I have no use for it, but I like to speculate on this stuff, so anyone know if this piece is "in demand" at all? Ballpark value?

Re: Old Armorcast Khorne Cannon...value?
Hi there,
In the past I have seen it go from $50 to a little over $150 on feebay. A local was trying to sell his for more than that for ages, with no takers.
With older models, I consider them to have more "value" if I am getting them with a set of the old rules for them. If you could find and print a page of the rules for it, I think you might get a bit more for it.
As for demand, some people like collecting old models, others only want tourney-legal. For what it is worth, I have never encountered anyone looking for anything Armorcast except Imperial Titans and the old Cauldron of Blood.

Always remember that your stuff is nearly worthless junk. The other person's items are highly valuable collectibles.
If I owe you a reference, please remind me.
I don't expect people to wait forever for an answer, and expect the same courtesy.

Their terrain rocks, and the BattleTech stuff looked good too.aurak_merc wrote:As for demand, some people like collecting old models, others only want tourney-legal. FWIW, my 40K Eldar use a swarm of Armorcast models

I would hold onto the cannon. If I remember correctly, it was about $30 back then so I am sure it is worth more now. I use mine to represent a vindicator. Get lots of oohs and ahhs and it actually looks the part without having to convert.
