Back around the end of Oct I coordinated a trade with a user here who has a trade rating of over 400. I packaged and sent everything I should have and when his package arrived one of the NIB items was evidently not NIB and one mini was missing from the sprue. Not a deal breaker and I informed him of that. He assured me he didn't know the box was incomplete and stated he would replace the mini shortly. I informed him that I am military and will be deploying to Kuwait the first week of December (yup Chirstmas in the desert) and just wanted to clear up everything before I leave. After a week or so passed I went ahead and told him that as far as I was concerned the deal was done, left him feedback and requested he do the same. Now it is time to pack and go and still no feedback. He informed me he wanted to make sure the deal was done and was trying to trade for a replacement or just purchase a box and send what was short. I figure that after a month he has had plenty of time.
Now I am not looking for one mini just would like the feedback I believe I deserve. Tried another PM last week explaining that again and know it was read but never go so much as a simple relpy.

Might I direct you to a thread where this has been discussed recently?

Good luck in Kuwait! Been there done that! If you're part of ARCENT, get use to these crappy deployment cycles.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Well I leave tomorrow and he never did leave any even though I did send reminders that were read. I'd have thought that someone with over 400+ that I dealt with before would have completed the trade from start to finish. Guess I was wrong though I would like to know his reason.
