Feeback?

Post by Primarch »

Ok, I asked this question a good 6 months or so ago, and never got any replies. Well to be exact, I got one reply, who told me to pm a certain Admin to have the problem looked at, so I took that advice and never heard from anyone.

The problem is this, the site is storing my feedback in two different places. I have feedback under my last name, and other feedback under my email. It is making my rating lower, because noone checks both of them. Is there any way someone can fix this please? Or point me to an admin that will answer his PMs in less than 6 months?

Thanks in advance,

Clay

Unfortunately for you, Trademaster Adam is the ONLY guy who can help you with combining references. Also, unfortunately for you, he is up to his eyeballs (probably) trying to get the new ITL working. I am sure he gets a LOT of PM's about how to make the ITL and the site "better" and he is pressed for time. You might want to add lines in you sig that show your prospective trade partners where to go to see ALL of your references.

Karl hit the nail on the head.

Also, you can PM Linrandir. He can nudge TMA, when TMA can get a chance.

Like Adun said... put the links in your sig line. It'll save you a lot of headache.

As for the 6 month wait... Sorry 'bout that. Are your annual dues paid up?

Lower rating? You ship first.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

It happens. Some of my refs are under old email addresses, some under my last name. Some didnt put my last name at all. Hope you can get it fixed.

Unfortunatley it affects the ability to trade safely. I have had an undo negative feedback, that resulted in the person getting banned, on my record for almost a year. It's resulted in me sending first several times even though my feeback score was much higher. It's just a matter of time untill I get burned because of it.
Honestly, I am starting to get a little upset about it. It's my opinion that it should have been taken care of by now.
If I don't get what I think I am getting you will be sending me money for me to ship it back to you. So be very certain I know what I am getting.

Also more of what I don't want doesn't make up for not getting what I agreed upon.

Either will result in negative feedback, posting of our records in the appropriate section of bartertown, and possible mailfruad. Otherwise don't trade with me.
