And yet over the years, I have seen a Mars Attacks Space Marine army, a hockey team Space Marine army, The GI Joe IG army, and so on. One of the best, at a local GW store instead of GT, was the Simpsons Marines. The sculpting and modeling was absolutely awesome!

I remember that Mars Attacks army!! Mondo, wasn't that at the 2002 Baltimore GT?? I think it was a Nurgle based one if I remember right, but I could be wrong.......

I distinctly remember that big alien headed Dreadnaught I think it was. That army was wicked funny.......

I also remember one guy had a Khorne based hockey army, where all his bloodletters were converted to be wearing Santa hats and carrying hockey sticks. He had his Berzerkers converted in some way too, but I can't remember how. That was there too that year. Perhaps we're thinking of the same one??

Yep, that's the Mars Attacks army. But IIRC, the hockey one I'm thinking of was standard Marines. I think JT (forgot last name, but a regular at BaltGT) brought it. Heck, I'm planning on bringing my Lizarman IG again this year (Yes, again, they've been there before).
