I have had good to great transactions with the following individuals since the ITL went down:

Each of these individuals will recieve positive ITLs when the system is back up.
As a side note, more than 300 people have signed up to BTown since ITL went down. Obviously, each of them has been negatively impacted by the lack of references. Hopefully, BTown admins will either get the problem solved quickly or admit to a greater problem.
