Neal at the War Store..

Hey gang.

I want to take the time today to express my gratitude for businesspeople out there like Neal Catapano who owns "The War Store".

Several days ago I ordered some things from Neal and for some reason (system glitch, oversight, human error) whatever, my merchandise was delayed and then the wrong products were sent. I had to send back the merchandise and in return I was shipped a curteousy(sp?) package. During all the confusion Neal and his staff were very curteous and highly responsive in dealing with the problem.

Its not every day that people express thanks like this and I believe if more people express thanks when they got gerat service as much as they moaned and complained about bad service, products, etc. Our capitalist society would be even better than what it is! More often than not we as customers express the negative more than the positive.

So.. Thanks Neal and your staff for making my buying experience a pleasent one and congratulations to you and your finacee!

I have to whole heartedly agree. Mistakes happen, and when they do, Neal takes care of it super promptly, and usually without any pain. Especially since I live in a small town with no game store, I almost exclusively order from the Warstore!

I've ordered paints and random stuff from him as well, and had very good luck. Very stand up buisnessman. I've deffinately been burned by other online retail places, but never by the warstore. He did get one order partially wrong, but it arrived, no extra shipping charge, two days later.

Neal rocks! I always order my stuff through him. I've only ever had 2 problems, and he took care of them no questions asked.

You cant get better than that.

Neal is outstanding, I can't express my respect and even loyality to always look for the gaming needs to him first.

Agreed,

I ordered some blisters, and 1 blister was wrong, he told me to keep it and sent me the correct one. He is a great guy. Always a joy to do business with.

Same here, I got shorted on some WWII terrain, he sent me out the missing items plus some, no hassles or extra charge.

A great asset to the gaming community.
