I recently completed a trade with devong.

I traded 3 Alkemy armies for a Gorten battlegroup, Legion warpack, hordes rule book, Emags, and A&H.

Two days after the models I shipped to Devon arrived I got an email from him. It was appologetic. Apparently he had packed my models up and was going to ship them after work. The package was stolen out of his office.

I know, I know. Sounds fishy, right?

Devon went out and replaced the missing trade items with NIB. He wasn't able to get everything we agreed on, but subbed in what he could. I ended up with a Gorten Battlegroup, Skorne Warpack, Emags, A&H, a Pirates of the Broken Coast Hardcover book, and complete satisfaction.

Devon went the extra mile to make up for something that wasn't really his fault. You can't ask for more than that. He's definitely and asset to this community.
