The templates for storm of magic

I was wondering if anyone could help me? I just got the 8th edition storm of magic book and the fallen giant template and the foot of gork it said could be downloaded from the gamesworkshop site. I looked around and I could not find it. If anyone could send me a link to where this is I would be thankfull.
