Nippon - an army book

I have seen a few people selling mostly wargames factory figs that they had planned to use for a Nippon themed Empire army. I am not really a WHFB player yet, but Nippon, or Japan, intrigues me as an army. I ran acrosshttp://warhammerarmiesproject.blogspot.com/ a bit ago, and have decided to go ahead and take the plunge, as I have a couple friends now playing, and I already own a nice selection of Samurai.. and this guy has a nice fan book on Nippon.
So, going a bit overboard, I have started a forum, to see if I can attract others who are interested in the Nippon army, either as Counts as Empire, or using the fan book available through that site..
